"Forever" Warranty
What is covered?
Our floor coatings are guaranteed never to flake, peel, or delaminate from the concrete slab. Any necessary repairs will be performed at no cost to the customer. However, any floor that fails due to excessive moisture from the concrete slab, deterioration of the concrete slab, or for any other reason related to issues with the concrete slab will not be covered under the limited lifetime adhesion warranty.
What is not covered by the warranty?
This Limited Lifetme Warranty does not apply to driveways*, normal wear and tear, or any damage to floor coatings, faulty maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, extreme temperatures, staining or peeling caused by cracking of the substrate, defective substrate, hydrostatic pressure or moisture vapor transmission levels greater than eight (8) lbs., battery acid, brake fluid or other industrial fluid, or as a result of any accident, casualty, or natural disasters. The warranty is non-transferable and can only be used by the homeowner at the time of installation.
*Driveways are covered for 8 years.
